Stats
Stat cap will now be based on race:
Gargoyles Strength 175 (Instead of 150)
Humans Dexterity 175 (Instead of 150)
Elves Intelligence 175 (Instead of 150)
Skills
Arms Lore - Acts as a damage reduction to weapon based attacks.
Resisting Spells - Lowers damage from spells.
Stealth - Players can run footed speed while stealthed.
Detect Hidden - No longer reveals, instead it allows the player to see the hidden players.
Spirit Speak - It will no longer freeze you to cast and it cannot be interrupted.
Taste Identification - This make it so that the food you eat heals you. The higher the skill, the higher the heal.
Spells
Curse - Reduces resists by only 5 now and no longer applies, weaken, feeblemind and clumsy.
Corpse Skin - Lowers Fire and Poison resists by 7.
Paralyze - Will only freeze you for 2 minutes and cannot be cast on you again for 30 seconds.
Mass Sleep - Will only sleep for 2 seconds and cannot be used on the same person for 30 seconds.
Other
Enchanted Apples - Have a 50% fail rate and can only be used once ever 30 seconds.
Evade - Will only Evade the first attack/spell that targets you.
Splinter - No longer bleeds and only slow walks for 2 seconds. The same person cannot be slow walked again for 20 seconds.
